South Boston Bark Park’s annual Halloween party went off without a hitch yesterday, prior to the region’s surprise snowfall. Prizes were given to the most creative looking dog. The Bark Park is located at the intersection of Columbia road and Day Boulevard. In my top photo, from left, Tucker and his buddy Kiely, dressed as a lion, frolicked at the party.
